it should, as long as you have a 20mm axel it should fit fine. i just bought a a new marz 55r fork for my bike so i have no use for this one anymore.

i dont konw the year. i got it off ebay and have used it for the last 4 months with no issues. the seals are fine, stantions are fine and the rebound ajustment seems to work fine. it has a paint chip one leg but its deffently cosmetic (no deep chip/cut or anything like that). 20mm works great with no issues. im asuming its from 04 or 05 because i think the sherman's last year was in 05. judging from the condition it was in when i got it, i would guess its 04 or 05 but i dont have a way to really tell. oh also the stear tube is 1 1/8th and about 7.5 inches long.
